By Retainer - Because our main goal is to provide an ongoing, collaborative relationship with the client. Clients hire us either quarterly (4 month) or bi-annually (6 month) minimum retainer with monthly payments.  We don't simply complete tasks. We assess your ongoing business needs and then we structure a strategy to enrich the productivity of your business. A retainer package is developed accordingly. Retainers give our clients priority service and ensures that the work needed is completed on a consistent basis. For instance, a client may need weekly newsletters and mailings to be sent to their customers, routine end-of-week sales and productivity reports, and regular transcription of depositions or other matters. A monthly retainer is set to ensure that this is completed for the client every month for a set fee. Status reports are provided to monitor the progress of what's been done and what steps are next.

 

Occasionally, we assist some clients Per Hour and Per Project.

Per Project - Sometimes clients have a pretty good handle on the organization of their matters but don’t have the time or know-how to complete a specific assignment. Typical projects that fall under this category are creating a welcome packet for a client's customers or completing a business plan for a client.

Per Hour - This is ideal for those clients who need more help, but not enough to continue an ongoing workflow with a VA company. For instance, you may be in the process of recruiting another partner or employee to your business and need help performing background checks, verifying employment history, and scheduling drug tests for several candidates.
